At Floof & Co., we're committed to providing quality products for you and your furry companions. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply email us at floof-co@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at floof-co@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used pet grooming products or hair removers.

  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.

  • Custom or personalised items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or sale items.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest option is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order for the product you'd prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
